Pick-up-sticks

Various figures were whittled with bark and sticks, which were given functions (the king, a nobleman,a farmhand). The sticks were thrown to the ground and the most attractive figures were pulled out so as not to move the rest of the sticks. The winner was the person who won the most valuable figures.

There will be new, modernized versions of old games and backyard plays which sometimes will go beyond the literal interpretation. Traditional games will be an inspiration, "new games" more or less free interpretation.
